Our Story
Redeemer Oasis Church began in 2019, when Pastor Dennis, Sarah Mutuma, and 3 other families started meeting in Marietta, GA, to pray and seek God’s guidance on how to reach Marietta with the love and Good News of Jesus.
In 2019, Redeemer Oasis Church was officially formed and began meeting in the Chapel at Maple Avenue United Methodist Church. Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, we met virtually for 2 years before the Lord opened a door at Liberty Church in Marietta, Georgia. We are currently meeting upstairs in the 5979 Youth Building. This is our current meeting location as we trust the Lord for our own facility.
In 2025, we started an interdenominational worship ministry, Tehilah, that meets on the first Saturday of every month for sessions of spontaneous praise & worship, prayer, and the preaching of the Word of God
As our church continues to grow, so has our love for God and the people of Marietta. We encourage our members to be the hands and feet of Jesus at work, in their neighborhoods, as a part of other Marietta community organizations, and through partnerships with missions organizations around the world.
